Indian Ocean and of Saint Anne's natural
reserve.
Our villa is located less than half
a mile from Saint Anne's natural reserve
and less than 15 mn from the airport.
Built in 2008 in a beautiful local
architectural style, our very spacious
villa nestles in perfectly within its
natural surroundings.

and refinement, a fully equipped kitchen.
The dining room opens out onto the 80
m² covered patio, which overlooks
the exotic garden and the private pool
with sun loungers.
Waterfront villa with direct access
on to the pontoon at the back of the
garden with mooring for boats and the
beach is less than 50m away. Open plan
kitchen, fully equipped with state of
the art appliances (Miele) : oven, fridge,
freezer, dishwasher, washing machine,
dryer, etc… Plasma screen TV, DVD
player, etc…
Large 80 m² covered patio with
teak lounge furniture and dining table
(to sit 10 people) with a gaz barbecue.
The entire house is furnished with top
of the range soft sheen finish teak.
8,60 x 4 m private swimming pool.
The rental includes general cleaning,
household and bed linen, and a welcome
pack (water, fruit juice, bread, local
jam…).
Our villa comes inclusive of:
- an 18' mahé, a 6 meter long
traditional Seychellois boat with a
40bhp Yamaha engine, allows you to get
to Ste Anne's reserve, waterski, or
beach on the beaches close by…
(boat licence compulsory - €1,500
refundable deposit).
- Household staff (cleaning lady, gardener).
- An electric mini-moke to get around
the island.
Our villa can accommodate up to 8 people.
